1) About HeyHushly

HeyHushly is an AI companion chat platform operated by XRTX. The service lets you create an account, explore companions, and chat in real time with optional Mature (18+) content settings.

2) Eligibility (18+)

• • You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
• • You must not use HeyHushly if you are underage.
• • We may suspend or terminate accounts we reasonably believe are underage.

3) Accounts & Security

• • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• • You must notify us if you suspect unauthorised access.
• • Password reset and recovery options are available from your account settings.

4) Acceptable Use

• • Do not use the service for illegal content or activities.
• • No content involving minors, non-consensual content, exploitation, or harassment.
• • No doxxing, hacking, abuse, spam, or attempts to compromise the service.
• • Do not attempt to bypass safety or moderation controls.

5) AI Content Disclaimer

• • AI responses may be inaccurate or incomplete.
• • The service is not professional advice (medical, legal, or financial).
• • Companions are not real people and do not replace human relationships.

6) User Content & Moderation

• • You own your content, but grant us a license to operate and improve the service.
• • We may remove content or restrict users for violations of these terms.
• • We provide reporting mechanisms for harmful content or behaviour.
• • Bans may be applied, and you can request an appeal by contacting support.

7) Mature Content

• • Mature mode exists for 18+ users.
• • You are responsible for using Mature content settings appropriately.
• • We may restrict certain content regardless of settings.

8) Subscriptions & Payments (Stripe)

• • Payments are processed via Stripe.
• • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled.
• • You can manage or cancel via the Stripe portal in your account.
• • Refunds are handled case-by-case and as required by law.
• • If we offer trials, eligibility and terms will be shown at sign-up.

9) Termination

• • We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms.
• • You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.
